How do you remove the muzzle brake on SavageBA110

Can someone tell me how to remove the brake on my savage ba 110 .338 lapua.

Barrel vise to hold barrel, unscrew brake.

Is it ok to remove it and how much torque do you need to put it back on??

Ok why do you want to take it off?
If you take it off you may need a new crush-washer to get it to index right.
Just shoot it.

you will need a new crush washer if you take it off, i took mine off for a good bore sight when i mounted the new optics and just took it to the smith a mile down the road and he had a new washer and got everything back to the way it was.

If they used a good thread lock agent, you may have to apply some heat via a Benzo torch. Just get it hot enough.. not glowing red. Just try this if you feel like it won't break with the above recommendations aren't cutting it.

By buddy has a 110ba in 338, That brake is F ING HUGE!!!
