How much POI shift w/ can on light bbl?

A little back story to my question.
I'm building a short barreled upper for my AR. I'm looking at cutting my m4 contour chrome lined bbl to 11.5" and making that my beater upper. Then I can put the money that would have bought the short bbl towards a more accurate 16" bbl to fill sort of a "recce" type roll.

I want the bbl to be an SS 1/7 twist with a contour that can handle at least a little bit of sustained fire and also not be shifting everywhere when the can is on the end.
While the BCM ELW bbls seem nice and light, they obviously won't fit the sustained accuracy requirement (at least I think that's the case) and I don't know how they'll like a can hanging off the front.
An SPR or varmint contour is too far in the other direction and while it will handle the sustained fire, it won't be handy enough for the role of the rifle.
The Rainier MedCon comes to mind, but it's 1/8 and I'm unsure of the accuracy.

So if anyone has any suggestions for an accurate bbl that meets this criteria, or insight on the contour issue, I'd appreciate your help.

Do you have a suppressor? How's the POI shift? What size groups are you getting?
I figure I may as well get an opinion from somebody that owns one.

I know it's not brought up in this forum much but I have developed a real liking for Black Hole Weaponry. They use a polygonal Rifling. I have done some dinking around and fired shot for shot with one and a more conventional button rifled barrel and after shooting 3 mags through each, the Black hole had a measurably lower temp. Lower operating temps mean the barrel is not wearing out as fast. I only bring this up because this is what I think of when I hear sustained fire. I have had very good luck with accuracy from their barrels as well. My MK 12 inspired build is a half minute AR any day with MK 262 as long as I'm doing my job and like any SS barrel, they seem to get more accurate the more rounds I put through them. Most of my AR's have them at this point.

Just thought I'd throw there name out there for consideration.
