lol, its a state of mind. that slow steady pressure and surprise happens in 1/2 seconds when you do it all the time. it just a ditty from boot camp that helps explain the trigger control. a way to think that stop anticipation. You are obviously choosing the shot because you are applying pressure... thought maybe some jarheads would remember the phrasing.
