How to block a folding stock on Scar 16s\17S ?

For some reason, need to disable my folding stocks.
Is it possible somehow?
All modifications need to be easy to fix of course. So no, I'am not going to glue it.

Stock Block, FN SCAR <-- could probably just make your own for nothing

The VLTOR stock adapter is not folding and you can use your choice of AR stocks.

This Easy, cheap & clean CA legal SCAR mod is the cleanest and nicest approach to this I have found. It is like the "bullet button" of folding stocks. I started down the road of designing my own system and bringing it to the market. Then I got busy with two little ones...
