I have a Remington 700 with a hinged plate mag. How do I convert it to a detachable mag?

depends, are you handy with a dremel? or do you have access to a mill?

I can use a dremel. No mill. Is there a kit available that can convert it?

The "Kwik-Klip" kit is the easeiest I'm seen , WAY cheaper than everything else out their but they actualy feed very well. NO , its not as rugged as a Seekin's or BO running AI mags but they function very well and need minimal work to fit in

cabelas has them , NOTE , they are for LA only
