Different bolt face and the mag rails ,follower and box probably not worth the hassel.

It's almost worth building another rifle. A Steven 200 can be had for around $280, put a rifle Basix trigger on it for $100 or so, get a barrel of you choice or a straight taper ER Shaw ready to bolt on for $155 and a Choate stock for $150 (ugly but inexpensive and does the job well) and you'll have a very nice little shooter for around $700 sans glass. If you don't have the tools to assemble I'll build it for you for $825 including paint (either duracoat or AlumahydeII).
