Howa 1500 300 Win Mag with MDT HS3, Luthar stock (with tube), and 2 Magazines. Barrel is 24", 1:10 twist. I believe the barreled action is either nitrided or cerakoted from Howa- it is their newer more durable finish. There are some handling marks on the barrel. Roughly 20 rounds fired- found out I'm too wimpy to enjoy magnum cartridges any more. Rifle has never been fired with HS3 chassis or MDT mags. I am willing to sell parts or ALL of this as follows:
