Howa .243 twist rate?

So, my dad just won a Howa Ranchland Compact .243, and i've been trying to find out what the twist rate is so i can load him some ammo. Problem is, i can't find the twist rate anywhere and he doesn't know what it is. i've checked their website, and i've even tried searching on Google. Maybe i just suck and i'm missing it, but does anyone have a clue?

I wanted to try loading some Berger hunting vld bullets for him to try, but i'm thinking the factory twist rate is probably too slow.

You can check and get a close estimate using a tight patch and a cleaning rod.

You take the cleaning rod with a tight patch and insert it through the action (use a rod guide) and mark a spot on the cleaning rod. Now slowly push the cleaning rod down through the barrel until the cleaning rod makes a complete 360* turn. Remove the rod and measure the distance between the two marks. That should give you a good idea of the twist rate.
