Howa Action: Detachable Mag and Stock Fit?

I am finding it hard to ignore the Howa actions for a first rifle build (223) that my wife and I will shoot. I can have action, barrel, and stock I want for $767.

I like detachable mags. Anything out there for the Howa that will fit a Bell & Carlson Medalist Tactical stock (#2998)without having to modify the stock?

The above stock is contoured for police/varmint/tactical barrels. The Howa barreled action comes with a 24" long #6 contour barrel that is .825" in diameter at the muzzle. Will the stock need opening up for this barrel?

Barrel will fit just fine. <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="color: #3333FF">CDI Precision</span></span> makes DBM bottom metal for the Howa's that uses the AICS mags. You'll have to have the stock inletted for the BM though. Good news is Jeff does a great job, turns 'em around quick and won't wipe out your wallet either.
