After doing a little call to Legacy sports, they say the 541 Remington scope mounts work just fine. The two piece. No one I know of makes a rail yet. I did call DIP to give them a heads up to get a rail on the market......we will see.

Yep, that is listed ( Knight Wolverine ) on the package of Weaver 541S bases I just pulled out of my parts cabinet a while ago......that is another way to find bases . The information comes out ......

Hey Sixgun, that Weaver scope you showed me will work just fine, the Howa needs that smaller scope than these latest monster size models. The Riton 4 x 16 is another possible match! Thanks for the scope info! You enabled the scopes months ago, knowing I have this rifle addiction...........lol!
