Howa mini action M40 stocks

Has anyone used either the bell & carlson or hr precision M50 style stocks for the howa mini?

I'm wondering if either of them have the thick and weird palm swell that the traditional remington 700 pattern ones did.

I've had the Oryx, Elf Owl, B&C M40, and B&C sporter. No palm swells on either of the B&C's. Ultimately I preferred the sporter due to the narrower forend.
