Committee limbo, and most likely will be for quite some time and I personally don't foresee any action on it until late this year at the soonest, more likely next year as a vote getter/blocker in the lead up to the midterms. https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/367 Congress is in shambles right now, they couldn't pass gas much less a significant bill.
In other words, if you're going to get a suppressor, better to get in line now and you'll have your can before this thing passes, if it even does.
