"(5) Online firearms marketplaces have made it increasingly easy for people who are prohibited from gun ownership to purchase guns online. Online firearms marketplaces facilitate such sales because while Federal law requires licensed gun dealers to perform background checks on prospective buyers, it does not require unlicensed sellers to do so. For more than a decade, online firearms marketplaces have exploited this legal loophole by allowing unlicensed sellers to sell guns directly to people prohibited from gun ownership."

You still have to send the firearm to an FFL......is this intentional or are they really that stupid?

Why would you to send it to an FFL if your allowed to sell person to person as a unlicensed seller.

California libtards did show how ignorant they were over their own state's gun laws when they all flocked to gun shops trying to get guns when mostly peaceful BLM and ANTIFA came to bring some diversity to their gated communities in 2020. They got butthurt when they found out you just can't walk into a store, plop down money, and walk out with guns and ammo as opposed to what gun control propagandists have been howling about for years. Talk about being hoist by their own petard, these dumb fucks. 😂

Brandon Herrara had a funny video of him asking those NRA protestors some questions....their lack of knowledge about current gun laws is troubling.

No they are not stupid, this is intentional so people who do not own firearms or do not know any firearm laws believe this and repeat this, soon it becomes truth. Just like Biden keeps saying you can't own a cannon, or 22 caliber will decapitate and 9mm will blow the lung out of the body, people who are not into firearms will believe this, this is their strategy.
