HS Precision stock question. model number?

Kinda looks like the Police Special stock thats on my 6mmREM(bottom) or M24 is what I call it

I'd say either a PST006 or PST011. Long or short action?
 
That's a short action stock with HS floormetal and 10 round mag, first gen I think judging from mag.

Also looks to be the standard HS 1 inch thick recoil pad for the adj LOP version and yes they look that thick.

Do not confuse this with the M24 recoil pad, it is a Remington 1/2 inch pad and of course a long action stock, PST024 is the part number.
 
Came in the mail today. Back of recoil pad says H-S Precision (red6actual was right). However the adjustable LOP wheel won't budge, i'd like to adjust it but don't want to damage it maybe use an allen key in one of the holes?
