Sentenced to time served and a $25 dollar fine. Jurors meet later today at car dealer to select new Esclades.
So if they “don’t” give him a real sentence… do they set a precedent for future sentencing of druggies?
If they appeal on the grounds that a couple of recent decisions have indicated that the “are you on drugs” may not be Constitutional… does that vacate the whole 4473 question?
He is not going to serve 1 minute. But how will that ripple into the larger picture of 2a restrictions/overturning them?

They are going to use Hunter as a sacrificial cow and tell us how we should 'respect jury trials regardless of party' etc etc in reference to Trump.

According to Breitbart, this judge gave out a 1 year sentence on a similar case. Defense asked for 6 months. She gave a year.
So “facing 25 years” is BS. He is facing much less.
Bet he gets probation or a house arrest/ bracelet because he is Hunter.

It’ll drag out in appeals until after the November election, then any sentence will get commuted by potato. Same goes for the tax fraud case.

Here's the real story behind this whole thing. For months, the mainstream media, FBI, Democrats, DOJ and many other three letter agencies told us the Hunter laptop was fake and to ignore it. That laptop and it's content was just used in this trial as evidence. That is the definition of election interference. Trump won in 2020.
This is why we have the political candidates we do. Who in their right mind would openly expose themselves to this kind of scrutiny? Any person I know that should be a political leader would tell me to "fuck off" if I suggested they run. I'm sure if someone dug into my life they could find a felony somewhere, despite the fact I live a clean life. Lot cleaner than the people steering the ship.
Guilty or not, I don't care! When both sides play these games, they are just ensuring we always end up with morons in charge. Celebrating this, is celebrating further destruction of our country. Former President a Felon, now current President's son a Felon. It's a great look for us all and just makes sure smart people avoid politics.

It's not both sides. Both sides are corrupt, but only one has decided to use all the power they have to destroy the other side, and there's no going back. We either have to fight like they do or the country is over.

Obviously I'm against the verdict because I'm a true 2A supporter who knows 4473 forms are un-Constitutional, but there is one positive thing to come from this. That thing is the Biden-Trump debates are gonna be even more interesting.

Will be interesting to see if they appeal it as high as they can. As it's very likely unconstitutional that a drug user who hasn't been convicted of any felonies.....can't buy a gun to defend themselves (and yes, the whole form may be unconstitutional and it may be unconstitutional to deny felons the right to own a firearm).
But, the interesting part will be if they choose to appeal something that will be at odds with gun control or if they'll just let it go.

15-21 month guideline sentence. Judge will be near the bottom of that. He will “serve” 85% of his sentence, but BOP will put him in some special program because of who he is. He will never see a real federal prison as an inmate.
Hunter won't serve a day. Joe will pardon him and they will switch Joe for newsom or some other demoncrap puppetHunter is going to jail.
