Nothing like getting out there with the youngin. I took my little buddy out hoggin this afternoon. He does a great job running them down. But I payed the price. He made me roast all the weenies!! Tom.

My two older boys are taking hunter safety this weekend can't wait to take them out for there first big game hunt.

It's such a great feeling, isn't it? I had the pleasure of taking my grandson on his first hunt this spring for turkey and I believe I enjoyed it more than he did. I can't wait until I can take him for his first elk hunt.

I believe it's all about getting them introduced young so they too can enjoy a lifelog (hopefully) passion, or even obsession.

Cool stuff.
My 10 year old came with me last Nov. for his first trip and he is looking forward to tagging along again this next year. It'll be interesting to see how he does dressing his own animal someday.
