Can changing scope tube size diameter and ring height change your dope. I went from a Burris xtr ii 3-15x 50 34 mm tube with a 2.25 inch scope height to a Leupold Mark 5 5-25x56 35 mm tube with a 2 scope height. I leveled and zeroed the scope then took it out to my range and shot . My dope went from 4.8 @ 700 with my Burris to 4.3 with my Leupold and from 8.7 @ 1000 with my Burris to 8 mils with my Leupold. I did a tracking test and it tracks like its supposed too. What am I doing wrong?

.25" in scope height is not going to make that big of a change. You can run it in your ballistic calc. I just ran mine, it takes .50" in height to get .1 change in dope. (@1000yd) If you have a properly zero'd and properly tracking scope, something else is happening. Check your ballistic calculator, remember garbage in garbage out. Did you set .2" meaning 2.0"? It happens. Same ammo? Same conditions? Temp/Density altitude?

I think I may have it figured out. When I zeroed my rifle I was shooting at like 98° and the Mirage was super bad . This morning I went to recheck zero the temperature was 75° and cloudy and my zero Was 3 inches high. I re zeroed at took it to 1000 and was where I should be 500-600 was a tenth of 700-900 was 2 tenths off so I'm getting closer. Still a little puzzled at why I'm good at 1000 and off a tenth or two from 500-900.

Don't have a trued MV and BV in your app. Picture the arc and your data. Small manipulations can make this line up better
