Went there to check on something and they have a store set up. Just bought a brick (10 boxes of 50) of .22 Magnum 30 grain VMAX for drum roll.......

$20 per box and free shipping! That's pre-COVID prices. Cheapest at ammoseek - $39.99 plus shipping

The catch (there's always a catch) ships in 15-20 days. I can live with that because of the price and also I'm not out of ammo.

Best,

JAS

Yep, been buying directly from them for a while now. I just wish they had some of their better grade 9mm for sale. I try to buy once a week from them. I wish they'd remove that 10 box limit. Might save a bundle on shipping charges.

More specifically, this stuff, shows in stock:

It's awesome, the stuff is LETHAL and has almost identical ballistics and POI as the SV, at least in my CZ 455, so I can zero and dial in the DOPE at half the price.

Sometimes they actually are not the cheapest; especially if one looks at shipping costs. Though that SHP just posted is very cheap. You have to watch their page constantly as the stock goes in and out very quickly.

It's more the availability more than the price. The convenience is also another reason. When you buy from them, you know it's in stock and it won't be backordered for months.

This is definitely the best small game (squirrel) round there is. Been using for a long time and it’s a wicked hunting bullet imo

I have bought from them a few times. Last time I ordered a brick of Quiet (what I really needed) and a brick of Standard. Ordered both so it was over $100 and free shipping and both showed in stock.

Of course I received a brick of Standard a few weeks later. Had to email to find out the quiet was back ordered (although it was still showing available on the website) and they charged me shipping on the single brick.

Not very happy about the whole thing (emailed them but zero response) but at least they have ammo available at a decent price.

Really wish they would restock semi auto quiet. I was able to get standard subs, sv and segmented but damn I can't seem to find semi auto quiet.

Federal, Blazer, Speer, and CCI all sell on their website. I think they are owned by the same company. Federal ships (or at least did) for free if you ordered over $150 worth.Their prices aren’t the lowest I have see, but it’s sometimes the only place you can find less popular rounds. Plan a head because the few times that I have ordered from Federal it took about 2 weeks to get to me. AmmoSeek is the site I use at first and for 9mm & 45acp it works pretty well for me, but for rimfire if you are looking for the higher end match type ammunition it doesn’t come up with very much. It does work pretty well with the regular (CCI, Wolf,Federal….) ammo though.
