Looking to try out some manners stocks, specifically a mcs-t5 and mcs-T3 and maybe an aics. I am in the Boise area and travel often to Twin Falls. Wanting to try the stocks out before buying one. I am up for general shooting out too 1000 yards. I have very limited experience to 600 yard and enjoy pushing my limits.

Hey Jeepocabra! Good to see a fellow Idaho boy on here. You may not know it, but you are very lucky to be in the Boise area. The valley has an awesome range with guys that are really into the tactical/long range stuff. I miss it now that I'm in Colorado.
The range is the Parma Rod and Gun Club, check out their sight. They do a spring campout, LRTR match that is stellar. Out to 1300 yards, on private property in a great location shooting from mountains, across canyons etc.
They also put on the big 3-gun MGM Iron Man shoot. Benny Cooley usually likes to show everyone up there. Jerry McCulleck recently shot a steel challenge there too. My chubby buddy is on the homepage shaking hands with him. Have I convinced you yet? Ha. I just really like that place now that I'm gone. PM me if you want contact info for it.

Parma, ID has a Tactical match the first Saturday of each month that gets out to 900-ish yards max, you might check that out. not sure on any Manners but have seen some AICS there.
