Precision Rifle Gear ID'ing a set of rings --HS Precision Rings?

I recently acquired an older Mark 4 3.5-10 with the tall M3 turrets and it was sitting in these rings. Looks like the HS precision logo to me. Never seen a set like them before. 30mm.

Yes, HS Precision. Came on the HTR and similar Pro Series 2000 rifles done as complete packages.
