From what I can tell the IDTS system allows you to focus close and get multiple targets (different sizes & distances) on their screen. I like that the target size (in moa) is known. I assume that the system does not tell you if you hit or miss and you have to rely on your ability to call your shot for that. Is this correct?

At under $200 it seems like a good tool for PRS training. Is it?

There is nothing to tell you if you hit or miss, but you can usually tell. Maybe you won't be able to accurately call a hit if you're wobbly, but if you aren't steady chances are you'll know you missed. If you're steady, There's a good chance you'll know if you hit.

I think it's a pretty solid tool for training, especially building positions and trying to lower the amount of time it takes to get your natural point of aim.
