I have been having issues with one of my Impact 737 actions. I am running mild 6.5X47 loads. After about 20 rounds, I am getting carbon on the bolt face and it won’t chamber another round. I have to take the bolt out and clean off the carbon before it will seat another round. I am shooting suppressed with a TABC Ultra 7. Has anyone run into this? It’s rather annoying and the only thing I can think of is there is a slight rough spot on the bolt face trapping the carbon. I contacted Impact and they think carbon flakes might be falling out of the suppressor, but this has happened in the horizontal position.

Have you tried running a little hotter load? Maybe the chamber isn't sealing.
What does a couple fired casings look like?
Are you seeing carbon/soot on the case body itself, or is there a defined sealing point on the neck or shoulder?
