Firearms Impact/Bartlien 6.5CM Carbon Barreled Action

For sale is a barreled action with 35 rounds on it. I need to think out the safe and this is one that needs to go. In initial barrel break in it was shooting in the .4-.5's with Norma factory 143 Match ammo. Its a shooter and someone is going to be getting a very good deal.

Not sure who Smith was. Bought at an estate sale and parted out unfired. I go/no goed it with Manson gauges across 3 different impacts with passing on all. Whoever did the work did an excellent job.
