Evening everyone. Figured I'd introduce myself. Got a little nudge from a fellow member who seems to have taken offense to me jumping into the PX woth a new profile. Not sure why it's any concern of theirs but either way, here I am.
I've been lurking around the forums for a long time but never created a profile. Grew up rifle hunting in the southeast but picked up archery while in the military. Recently decided to get back into using rifles again. Since we have to draw tags where I am I figure I'll be doing more shooting then hunting so I'm looking to hone on and expand my long range skills.
My son drew an oryx tag this year and will be using my father's hand-me-down Model 70 30-06 for that while I work on building up a 6.5 prc we can both play around and hunt with in the future.
Looking forward to learning from the more seasoned around here.
