Rifle Scopes IOR rings quality?

Hi, looking to get an IOR 3.5 to 18 X 50 and I see both swfa and liberty optics have them listed as coming with rings. Are these rings quality parts or should I put an order in for some seekins rings to put the scope in? Will be going on a .260 infidel from Mike at underground skunkworks.

They're not great. Don't know if Seekins makes 35mm though. Check out USO.

I actually heard they are the same as TPS rings and the ones Vortex [used to] include with the Razor. Very decent if that's the case.
