What action are you putting it on? Since you mention real estate issues, i assume you have the 520US not the 320US. Have you mounted and tested the scope with rings lower than 1" yet?

I ask these questions because I was used to only using 0.92" Seekins and 0.95" APA. Traded for a pair of APA 0.95" and other party accidentally sent me 1.031". Pull my 0.95" rings off another rifle to mount on a TemplarV2/Deviant where the rail ends at the lug -- and with 0.95" rings I could not pull the back far enough for good eye relief before the objective bell impacted the rail. Grabbed the 1.031" rings and they worked perfect.

Anyhow, depending on where you have the scope mounted, you may be able to find something like a USO or Flatline rail mounted bubble on the rail but best bet is something like a Holland's bubble butted up with the front ring hanging off the left -- as there is enough real estate there. Once you try APA rings on the SB US scopes, you won't ever go back to Seekins. They are more sleek and the top ring is perfect to see the turret with your left eye while right eye is thru the scope.

Interesting.. I didnt think of the bell part of the scope.
Its a 5-20 ultra short.. Not 3-20..will be mounting on long action deviant.. If that make sense or helps

Here's a pic of 520US on the TemplarV2/Deviant set up using 1.031" APA ... if it helps you assess where the end of the ocular bell is relative to the stock/grip. Maybe you dont need it as far back, but for me that extra 0.5-0.75" action length means I'd probably have to float the objective above the rail or use a 320US.

Again, ymmv so it could work ok for you. Hope this helps somewhat.

Eurooptic agreed to do exchange either 3-15 theta or 3-20x50 US.. Which would be better for long action deviant. Using seekins low rings and still clear the rail

so i went and purchased them. Its built really solid. I think this the only rings with Integrated anti cant mounted offset above.. Screws being below the top half giving the rings look more clean (i guess) the ilumanated imo is just a bonus.. Overall i like the rings itsike upgraded version of seekins

So far so good? I'm also looking at set of them and would like your input. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm pretty sure I'm rarely going to use the illumination part of it but how does it turn on and probably safe to assume it uses small hearing aid type batteries? I found a set of .912" tall new Iota 30mm rings for $100 and can't find any info on them.
