Just got my IRA-X Done. Shot about 3/4 MOA at the range! Hope to tighten that up with reloads!

- JP gas block system (rifle length)

I have not weighed it in yet but ill keep you posted.

No IRA has 23MOA built into their Upper.

Oh BTW the scope is a SS 10x42HD which thus far have been very impressed with. very good glass!
