Is lifelock worth it?

Why not put a freeze on all of the credit bureaus, it’s free. You just have to remember to un-freeze them when you want to apply for a loan. It’s saved me from two unauthorized cell phone accounts because Sprint couldn’t access my credit.
I had Lifelock until they were sued twice by the Feds for not living up to their agreements with the customer contract and with the Feds themselves. I locked all my credit reports and I got another one. If you want the service do your research.
There’s one other little known credit reporting agency that should be considered, Innovis.

No Way! I have a credit freeze in place for more than 4 years, and the two times I've allowed access, Life Lock was silent.

Norton AV...? Good luck if you ever want to uninstall... Ugh! Pretty much the only AV that craps-up your Windows registry worse than McAfee.

Not sure if it's the same, but I once put a fraud alert on mine and they call you to verify any time somebody tries to access the credit. I think you have to reset it each year or something.
