Is the PGM Precision Ultima Ratio worth it?

I am considering purchasing a .308 caliber French PGM Precision Ultima Ratio rifle and am wondering if it is worth the price tag. I know it was chosen by the French elite police RAID unit and supposedly outperformed Accuracy International rifles in cold-bore accuracy.

What caught my attention was that I was quoted $11,077 for the rifle kit, which includes an additional custom 70 cm 6.5 CM barrel for $1,500. So, I guess the rifle kit itself costs $9,577. According to the dealer, the kit includes the rifle, a custom Pelican transport case, a 20 MOA action pic rail, 2 magazines, a maintenance kit, a bore guide, a user manual, and international shipping and import fees. However, the dealer would not give out itemized pricing for each item, so I am not sure how much each one costs. Is this really worth it for a SA precision rifle?

I currently own an Accuracy International AT rifle with .308 and 6.5 CM, which I am extremely satisfied with in terms of accuracy and consistency, but the surface/importer practices leave something to be desired. I have a weak spot for niche French rifles (I know, I have a problem that only waving a white flag in my face could solve).

For context, the PGM Ultima Ratio has been discussed in several other amazing threads:

Thanks a bunch
