For "accountability". Bullshit. That stuff was given to the people, not the government.
There is a way all of this bullshit can end almost overnight and the guilty parties realize with earnest truth that they need to clean up their act... But it cannot be posted publicly without attracting scrutiny and glowfags.

They are stealing supplies. The priority for the local party thugs is to insure they only help the people they want to help. The last thing they want to do is help everyone or help people who actually need help.
