Is there a difference between the Stiller TAC 300 vs the Stiller MK13 actions?

I'm starting to put together a MK13 Mod 5 "inspired" rifle (I am aware the Stiller action was for the Mod 7), and I was wondering if there was any difference between the TAC 300 and the MK13 actions, besides the price and the fancy MK13 roll mark. From reading the site, they seem essentially the same, except I'm lighting a Glock on fire for the MK13, but I admittedly know nothing about the bolt action game. Any info would be appreciated!
