Rifle Scopes Is there a scope base made for SSG69?

Short of drilling and tapping is anyone aware of a 20MOA scope base for a SSG69?

While on the topic (I just spent an hour on the Leupold discussion) is there a good 1" mildot scope that has enough elevation to satisfy 300-1000 BR?
