Rifle Scopes is there a way to determine the MOA value of a scope mount?

I posted a thread asking a lot of questions comparing the SB PMII vs. Steiner Military M5. I found a great deal on an M5 that had never evnebeen mounted. It also came with Steiner caps and a Larue mount. But...there's always a but, I don't know the MOA value of the mount.
Is the a way to measure the front and the back and determine the MOA value?

Yes, I'm sorry, I asked the question before I finalyy found the part #. It is a Larue LT111 which is 0 MOA. the LT112 is 20MOA. Thanks for responding.
