See attached photo, US Optics in a Zero Delta 20MOA Mount (installed at factory) mounted to a M82A1.

I figured it would just bolt and and then go through normal zero procedure however at 100 yards with POI about 18” above the target the elevation turret bottoms out.

Wrong mount?

Guessing your zero stop is set.

Turn the screw in the middle of your elevation turret counter-clock wise 1 turn or less (be gentle, don't force it!). Can you can dial down more than before?

Like what was said above. Need to turn the slotted screw in the center if your elevation turret out a full turn or could be even more. This will give you more down travel in the scope. This is the way to do it on a B series USO turret. If you have done this already and are at the bottom of the erector, then the 0 moa mount it the way to go.

Those b25s should have 30 mils of travel. So your 47 moa in the base and mount should be still 3+ mils away from the bottom with your zero.

Mount is a 20 MOA, so does that mean I need a 0 MOA mount?

If you're in a pinch to go shoot this weekend or don't mind the aesthetics you could reverse the mount so the total MOA is 7moa only. I had the same issue (I already knew it was going to happen) when I used an existing 20moa MPA scope mount on a 20moa scope rail. I just reversed it.

Yes it will probably work, Geissele's standard 34mm mount is 1.54" from the top of the pic rail to the center line of the scope.

That being said you'll be fine with a set of rings from Badger Ordnance or Nightforce. If you want to clear the rear iron sight you just want to make sure they're about 1.5" tall.
