It's now worth whatever half a snap-on wrench is worth.
Those snap on wrenches are too thin and dig into my hand.

99.999% of the time yes. Except when I was using it in the garage the day before and didn’t think to throw it back in there before I left. I’ve made that mistake enough times now I keep multiple hoods around lol.

It's so ugly, but I'm working on a final height. Sharing rifle with dad and different cheek pad heights.....new glass coming higher rings.....I'll probably find a way to make it less scary, but it's awfully sweet right now
My first rifle was from my grand father who was born in 1896. It was his as a child. Single shot .22 short from late 1800 or early 1900. When I got it he had been using a nail as a bold handle. I later had it built up and a more proper handle threaded in it. Sometimes wish I hadnt but it is now more useable.
