Thanks LRshooter, it’s only day one and there’s still half the field waiting to shoot, so we’ll see how it shakes out.
What's up with Bob Faber's score? Usually they show missed that put them out... WI guys aren't doing too shabby ?

Good question Geno. That looks like might be a weapon or ammunition issue that stopped him from going for target #2.

It will be good to hear the reasoning behind the scores, as the Devil is obviously in the details!
Got the scoop from Bob. Shot the 3rd target second and then couldn't get on to the second. I can't wait to see how fast he was rocking though!! We shoot a lot alike, fast when we're on!
Bob Faber was shooting well until he accidentally fired a round at the wrong target and then could not connect the last two shots on the correct target.
375s, 416s and 50s the 375s being the most popular.
Thanks for the compliment Geno, in the past it's been the top 10 scores so we'll see how it shakes out.

Was target 4 at 2095y? Can someone confirm the yardage? Interesting so far, I'd have expected better scores in the farthest. Still have to see the other half.
Bob still pulled off the sub 25lb win ? And for he second year in a row, central WI represented in the finals, 375 Warner ftw!
I'm sure he'll get on here sometime to explain, but, he didn't hit the second target.

Cold Bore - 2615 yds
Target 1 - 2727 yds
Target 2 - 3166
2 mile Target 3 - 3525 yds
Measured with a Terrapin X, LPF25, LPF15, and Vector 21

I remember years ago 416B had brass consistency problems and the solid projectiles available then were lower BC than the 350gr .375 solids. I wonder what solids these guys used and if the brass has become better???

I believe Paul was shooting a .416 as well, so there’s the top 3.
