WTB JP 10.5” Upper or Pistol

I’m looking for an unfired/new JP Enterprises 10.5” upper (with MKiii rapid configuration handguard) or complete build in pistol format.

I have a 10.5" upper with the rapid configuration hand guard (circles not slots). MKIII is hens teeth in that model. Came off a JP built pistol that is no longer useable for its intended purpose. Lower has been repurposed but upper is just gathering dust. Supermatch barrel, heat dissipator system, 1:7 twist, 5.56 chambering. Sub 500 rounds fired. Let me know if you have interest.
