Nebraska
I just moved to Lower AL (Daleville) and I am looking for a place and/or someone to shoot pigs with. I have a couple of buddys that moved down here who are interested as well.

I am from Nebraska and have never hunted pigs, but I have been wanting to ever since I saw a wild pig for the first time 3 years ago.

We are also looking for a fun place to shoot. I have a Savage .308, AR, and an HK45c.

Let me know if you are around here and want to shoot some weekend.

Welcome to the south, I don't live in AL but in FL on the line just south of Geneva. About 45 mins from daleville. Just wanted to say welcome and would be up for a shoot whenever you are. Let me know.

Ryan,

Check out the Hardrock matches they are held during the summer months and a few between deer and spring turkey season. There held in the Auburn, Al area. There 600/800/900/1000 yards steel plate match were you shot at a 1 moa 10 point bull and have a 2 moa 5 point scoring ring. Real fun match they have a practice day held on friday and a match day on saturday.

Also if you were up to the drive there are a few matches Hoover just south of Biringham, Al. These would be SCSSA match in the comp. section of the website.

Glad to have like minded people moving to Alabama.

If you have any questions give me a PM.

Ken

Ryan, My father lives in Ozark, AL which is in that area. We cant keep the pigs off our land. Infact, we have a cage type trap that catches like 6 at the time. They breed like wildfire. For every one you kill two more will be back next time.

Ryan, also.. On saturday cheer for Auburn and not those Bear Bryant loving nick sabin crimson elephants

Hey I had a buddy in the Army that lived near Dothan, and he said they had hogs coming out of their asses over there. Just look for some wildlife management areas near you and you'll be good to go.
