My wife would be spitting mad if I needed her to help hide the body. She would probably make me pay for years. Still be there though.

My wife would volunteer to help dig the hole. Mom would probably be helping also.

Hole might not be needed here, though. I have 25 acres with a known population of coyotes and black bears. Last deer carcass I tossed after quartering was gone in less than 24 hours. Nothing left but a bit of hair.

If she was already on her way out the door, that might have been a motivating factor in speaking out. He was only putting his half of his pension on the line and screwing her completely out of the other half of his pension should he lose it.

I once met a very successful guy. His other half wanted out and she chose to serve him with divorce papers accompanied with simultaneous DV Restraining Order that kicked him out of their very nice house.

He went to the airport, fueled up his plane and then called her to confirm that she and the children were not home. Then he called his insurance agent, canceled the homeowners policy and did a kamikaze on the marital estate. She did not get the house after all.
