Does anyone know the speed (mph) of the movers?

I shot there a year ago and have really wanted to practice the mover(s) before I go back.

Normally 3mph

Both movers have been 3mph every time I have been there.

Both were 3mph the other day...

...but IMHO, don't worry too much about the movers, they're actually not bad... if you can, find a big pipe that you barely fit inside to shoot some practice out of, that'll be more help
