We had a great weekend at K&M with the 1st Southeastern Shooters Challenge on Saturday. 97 Shooters fought some switching winds and a challenging COF. We finished up around 2:30-3pm and the match flowed well. There were a ton of new shooters and we hope they all come on back. They should be hooked!

I want to thank all the shooters who came out and hope to see you for the next match on 23 April.

In accordance with the PRS Clubs series guidelines we let the ROs shoot the 1 day matches with their squads and it went well...Kind of... Going first was a challenge and stressful for the ROs so we will mix it up next match and not mandate that they shoot 1st "every" stage. Fully understand you guys will need a break to prep gear, etc. A huge thank to Doc, Cliff, Ken, Christine and the rest of assistant ROs who helped out. To the ROs that shot, thank you guys for a helping out in big way. You allowed a lot more shooters in the match then we would usually would let shoot.

George Gardner, Bryan Sikes, Mike Rogan, Bradley Allen, Brian Allen, Danny Mathews, Gerald Delk, Sam Delk and Julie Kay made things happen! Thx guys and special shout out to the cook Bradley for taking care of us!

Shooters please go to this link and sign up for a PRS profile so your scores will count for PRS Clubs series points. Scores will be submitted tonight at 5pm. Please sign up for free so your points will count!https://www.precisionrifleseries.com/profiles/club-series/

Congrats to the winners! George Gardner came down from KC to put a whoopin' on the SE boys! Brian and Bradly Allen tied for 2nd, so Bradley let Brian win during a father-son shoot off! Bryan Sikes, Danny Mathews and Greg Wozniak tied for 4th to round out the top 5ish!

Thanks for the match Shannon, it was great. Liked how we flowed around to the stages like we do at "big" matches, I guess thats RO dependent to have enough for each squad to have a stage to start at but it felt faster for some reason. New scoring was sweet too.

Kay and company are super professional, put together an interesting COF, and really generally give a shit about growing the sport. I had a blast and highly recommend a trip out to anyone close enough. Not to mention, they have a top notch facility. If I was closer I'd be a member.
