Just curious on general opinions and thoughts. + I could use some help making a decision.
Need a can for my mk13 mod 5, and an original KAC MK11 is out of the question. So, we've got the two clones. Griffin Armament MGL-11 and the Tyr1 Outfitters.
The Tyr1 looks almost identical to the KAC, but they're only making 50 in the first run. This is GA's second run of MGL-11s, I'm sure they're great cans, they just have a different aesthetic, and I'm on the waitlist so I have a guaranteed one next week. Whereas the Tyr1 goes on sale end-of-month, and hopefully I catch 1/50, but I'd bet a second run comes through eventually.
Dunno. Anyone else looking at buying either? Would you run the gamble for your #1 option when your #2 is guaranteed? (My wife said "why not buy both?")
