KAC SR25 CC in FDE in stock

I hope you are still allowed to own it a year from now.
The legal precedent which would arise, from my understanding, is based on 1994 ban and the automatic weapons ban from 1986.
Which leads me to believe they’ll grandfather in those weapons, even if they do ban it.
Which I’d imagine will be harder with ACB in there... although I’m certainly no legal expert.

I’ve also been buying a shit ton of Brigger Thomet pistols, seems those are already on the chopping block, even with trump in there.

I'd mention two things. Precedent is a legal issue, not a political one. Politicians aren't bound by what they have done in the future. I do agree that this court makes it less likely, but this court could get much bigger. Second, and perhaps more importantly, these bans have included prohibitions of sale, and if you can't sell an asset, it has no market value.

Legal precedent still holds tremendous weight when legislating, so it’s much more likely than not (in my opinion) that theyll default to what worked previously, especially if they don’t want to start a Civil War.
I take it at face value when they say they want these weapons registered with NFA because that makes the most practical sense for them to get something done.
That said, if I’m correct, they couldn’t and wouldn’t stop sales and transfers completely, it would just resemble what current NFA process is for SBR etc....gotta do a background check first. See excerpt below from Wikipedia:
The Act included a number of exemptions and exclusions from its prohibitions:

  • The Act included a "grandfather clause" to allow for possession and transfer of weapons and ammunition that "were otherwise lawfully possessed on the date of enactment."[12]
Worst case scenario, my whole family has guns for a long time. I’d be good with that.

I just remember when you could get them for under $4K and I didn’t have the means. I did pick up a NOS SR-25 CC myself this year though it was $4.3K.
There you go friend- you made some money and can feel confident your gun won’t lose value and may even increase over time.
That inherent value is priced into it, similar to a nice watch like Breitling.
you get what you pay for.

This thread is full retard.

So is paying 5k for a sr25. I bought my most recent MWS two years ago for $1800. Used. <1k rounds. +10 pmags.

That thing chews through the cheapest steel case I could scrounge up all the way to nailing moa sized targets out to 600yds with match ammo.

5k....hahaha

You must hang out on the AI thread and tell people your Mossberg mvp shoots just as good as an AI too....

I just bought an SR25, too. LMT is good. Paying thousands less for a used one is great, too. Laughing at folks because they like it enough to pay the difference is a value judgment. Some people don't care if you get almost everything for thousands less, they want everything and will pay for it.

LMTs have advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, the KAC is the better battle rifle. You're welcome to yours.

No doubt. WTF?

No way am I giving up anything. I don't care what law passes. If the cultural marxists in sanctuary cities can nullify federal immigration laws, then tens of millions of us will nullify blatantly unconstitutional gun laws. Especially if it is signed into law by a President who clearly only won because of massive voter fraud in several states. I simply will not comply.

Sincerely, a lifetime GOA member
