The legal precedent which would arise, from my understanding, is based on 1994 ban and the automatic weapons ban from 1986.I hope you are still allowed to own it a year from now.
Yeah... the nice thing about it is you never lose money on these.Oof, $5K?
You hope.Yeah... the nice thing about it is you never lose money on these.
There’s quite a bit of data out there which proves it to be the case. It’s not hope. You hope.
I’d explain my reasoning behind it, but you’re obviously here to troll with your rotten attitude. So off to ignore you goYou've bought 41 guns and 400 magazines speculating that regulation increases your investment. That's what you're betting on. That's hope, like any speculative investment. I'm hoping you lose.

Which leads me to believe they’ll grandfather in those weapons, even if they do ban it.
Which I’d imagine will be harder with ACB in there... although I’m certainly no legal expert.
I’ve also been buying a shit ton of Brigger Thomet pistols, seems those are already on the chopping block, even with trump in there.
Legal precedent still holds tremendous weight when legislating, so it’s much more likely than not (in my opinion) that theyll default to what worked previously, especially if they don’t want to start a Civil War.I'd mention two things. Precedent is a legal issue, not a political one. Politicians aren't bound by what they have done in the future. I do agree that this court makes it less likely, but this court could get much bigger. Second, and perhaps more importantly, these bans have included prohibitions of sale, and if you can't sell an asset, it has no market value.
I’d much sooner spend 5k on the SR25 than on those $4K piece of shit Nemos you’ve been toutingIt’s very very nice high quality gun , but $5K
I just remember when you could get them for under $4K and I didn’t have the means. I did pick up a NOS SR-25 CC myself this year though it was $4.3K.Yeah... the nice thing about it is you never lose money on these.
There you go friend- you made some money and can feel confident your gun won’t lose value and may even increase over time.I just remember when you could get them for under $4K and I didn’t have the means. I did pick up a NOS SR-25 CC myself this year though it was $4.3K.
This thread is full retard.
So is paying 5k for a sr25. I bought my most recent MWS two years ago for $1800. Used. <1k rounds. +10 pmags.
That thing chews through the cheapest steel case I could scrounge up all the way to nailing moa sized targets out to 600yds with match ammo.
5k....hahaha
