Don't be naive. Most of the "Supreme Laws of the land" have been dissolved and are nothing more than a bad joke. The government barely needs a search warrant to get any information they want out of. Family courts completely disregard your bill of rights. A mere accusation is enough for you to lose access to your children. The government doesn't need a warrant to see your banking information.
At this point it would be fairly easy for the government to get rid of most of guns they don't want civilians to own. Simply declare a "public health emergency", prevent children from going home by holding them in CPS of suspected gun owners until a thorough search has been completed. Track all financial transactions; they already have a searchable database of 4473s. So they know where most of the guns and who owns them. Pack the Supreme Court, or threaten to pack the courts to make the current "conservative" court back down and the uniparty can do whatever the hell they want.
