He short-shucked on the draw.
Meanwhile the guy at the register is either stoned out of his mind or is just the coolest cat on the planet. Watch at the end when he casually tosses something in the trash.

Well, let's just thank god it wasn't a true "stove-pipe". That woulda been too obvious, even for that stupid fucker. Finger all up in that triggerguard n shit. Whaaaaaaa? Although it is very clear video I'm afraid we'll be waiting some time for an arrest, this could be anybody........................ :p

Too bad the kid didn't have his own bullet launcher and put 2 in that mofo's pumphouse. Robbery over and low costs to the taxpayers. Clean up in aisle 1.
Just my thoughts, FM

Hell, I was thinking if he noticed it hadn't cycled, snatch the damn thing (do it right, while his finger is in the finger guard you can break his finger) and either bonk him with it, or better yet clear the damn thing and pop him with his own pos he brought in. But ya, my first thought was while the pos had the muzzle to the guys head calmly (cuz that's what that guy does) pull your own pistola while starring straight in his eyes, raise and pop. Crocodile DUNDY. Game over. Next? Yes, can I get the #17 "Ultimate Porker" to go please. :p

Shaft short stroked his gat.
Might have been hard to tell from behind the counter though.

R

Exactly. At one point I thought he noticed it hadn't cycled, but he very well may not have been able to see the issue, and of course probably has little to NO firearm experience. If he had ANY experience whatsoever he would have known by looking at the barrel hanging out there with the slide back about what? an inch off the muzzle? that it wasn't gonna go pop if Jimmy John's customer pulled the trigger. Hell, how couldn't ya see that? it's in your fucking face. Next.......

Yes, I'll take the #8 Billy Club (lol). Is that for here or to go? Oh, the Billy Club is definitely for HERE. :p

#8 Billy Club[SUP]®[/SUP](customized)

Choice roast beef, smoked ham, provolone cheese, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, & mayo.

Some of my finest work.......

In some places in this great land of ours you could disarm the bad guy of the inop pistol, clear it and ventilate his brain housing group for him. In others you'd go to prison for shooting what is at that point an unarmed man.

1st thing I caught after the stove-pipe . Only 2 things can be . Cashier born a sociopath or has to be the oldest game of ..'partners' in crime .
.

A failure to feed jam sometimes just needs the slightest bump to chamber the round. You all really think being able to snatch that big ass dude's Ruger out of his hand is a better bet than just giving him the money that isn't yours?

Depends if he attacked or fled, but yes, there are at least a few states where a jury would be directed to vote guilty for shooting a fleeing robber.

Guy probably knew the gun was unable to fire just based on how the ejection port looked. Besides, those types of workers are trained to not put up a fight with an armed robber and they won't lose their job over it. So in other words, the guy had nothing to worry about. Just another story to tell while passing the bong. :D

If my "partner in crime" attempted to chamber a round before pointing the gun in my face, when all he had to do for show was to just point an unloaded, or even fake gun at me, I'd find another partner.

I hear Mickey Mouse is looking to hire someone.

Maybe I'm just that disconnected with the way someone like that thinks, but who the hell walks into a storefront with the intent of robbing it at gunpoint and decides to load his gun after he walks through the door??

Some nogoodnik from Tel Aviv?

The same person that thinks robbery is a legitimate option for income.

He's lucky someone with a CCW didn't hesitate. I could not even begin to imagine myself going out and doing the armed robbery thing knowing full well someone with a CCW could ambush me and that would be it. If only it didn't end that way more often

I just saw this on the news this morning... I thought the same damn thing, "did he just rob that fucker with a jammed pistol?" Sure as fuck he did.

I know it's calling the shot after the game, but I think I'd have twisted that goddamn thing 180 out of his hand and racked it right. That's just fucking amateur hour there.

if the kid had fought, guarentee that he would have got fired.

myself? someone points a gun at me and one of us is going to get shot. but that's me. like someone said...not his money, not his problem. i am quite sure he was more than happy to surrender the cash to get out of the situation. and i am sure it is exactly what they told him to do should something like that happen.

either way, he lived. we can always hope that numbnuts shoots himself when he gets home with his firearm handling skillz.
