Kestrel 4500 Custom Curve ?

Can someone shed some light on what is needed or the process to get custom curves on a kestrel 4500AB with Bluetooth. I bought a used one that I should receive next week sometime but am not sure if I need to buy the $74 USB interface to be able to get the custom curves or if it will just connect to windows PC via Bluetooth. Thanks.

The custom curves are available from the AB website http://appliedballisticsllc.com/support/downloads/

I am not familiar with the bluetooth model, hopefully someone will chime in.
