Kestrel 5700 AB AB profile loader not loading

Any one have any tips on how to get this working

Have US cable that ,AB profil loader clearly sees the Kestrel , it also says transfering 3 profiles ,that is how many there are in the 5700 and then nothing bar for transfer stays empty and there is no way to move profiles from Kestrel to PC while being able to move them from PC to Kestrel . firmware on 5700 is 1.24

as seen on pic the AB loader doesnt see into Kestrel , but when i press get profiles from kestrel it lists correct number of profiles in progres barr but that is it no progres happens.

You got me amigo, I haven't gotten the USB cable yet (and am still debating getting one), I just remember there being a couple of settings that had to be toggled, and an order to launch things...

I have been using my 701 mostly these days, so haven't delved deeply into more of the Kestrel/AB...nuances.

You need to change your region settings to use the DOT and not the COMMA as a decimal indicator.
