Hate to be that guy, espically being as new to this forum as I am, but,

Retail on the 5700 (this meter) is about $450, retail on the Elite (which includes the elite upgrade, which this could have but you didn't say anything about it... all the plain 5700's have applied ballistics, the elite unlock comes with custom curves and range card/dope card, drop scale factor, zero offset, etc etc etc)) is $750, the elite upgrade (a software flash to make this into an elite) is $300...

If this doesn't have the elite unlock it's worth about $300-350, you can buy them new all day at 450

P.S. the newest 5700's are the 5700X's which have a slightly faster processor in them
