Has anyone had issues with the KIDD barrel and POI change with a suppressor? Or, maybe I should have said, "Anyone else...?"

My suppressor shoots fine with my pistol and we tried it on several other rifles with no issues. But, on my 10/22 the POI goes everywhere shifting around a 3' area. Take the suppressor off and I'm back to one-hole groups at 50.

The suppressor threads on fine and seems to seat properly and there are no internal strikes. I thought maybe it was an isolated case, but found another person with the same issue with their 18" KIDD. Does KIDD cut their relief different?

I have emailed Tony and the Suppressor builder has the rifle and suppressor to measure and try to figure it out currently, but I was just curious if anyone else had the issue?

you need to glass bed the rifle. The barrel to action fit and free flooting will allow the barrel to flex. Try puttin a piece of playing card under the front of ther barrel anr stock to see if groups tighten up.

Thanks for the suggestion, but lack of bedding will not cause a rifle that normally shoots sub-1/4" groups at 50 yards to suddenly go to 36" groups at 15 yards.

Tony and SgtRoss are dealing with it now to figure it out. I'll give everyone an update when I have one.

POI, yes. Not being able to hit a 4 Foot (not inch) x 4 foot square at 20 yards, no.

We think it may be an issue with the thread relief.
