Does the KIDDD 10-22 Barrel Thread Protector Cap also protect the crown? Or is it as the nomenclature suggests...a THREAD protector only?
The reason I'm asking is because the only reason I would choose a threaded muzzle is for the threaded cap - IF it provided some protection for the crown. If this thread option is only for making the gun look "sick", and doesn't provide some protection for the crown, I'll save my money and put it to use elsewhere in the build.
